I had on 28 May 2010 placed deposit amounting RM4, 400.00 for the maid application processing fee and were informed that the selected maid will be made available and arrived in 3 months period from the date of deposit paid. I made this arrangement earlier as my current maid will be leaving my household by 28 October 2010 and by then, l should have a new maid from your agency to continue to assist my family in our daily chores. This was repeatedly conveyed to their maid consultant in-charge and had assurance from them that the new maid will be arrived by then.
Noting something amiss, after few weeks without calls from your agency, l started to contact the maid consultant on 07 Sep 2010 and was told that their agency had problem with the maid arrangement as the Cambodian Police is now involved in the process and procedure. By the way, this is not my problem but theirs and do not let innocent people like us have to suffer to keep waiting and do nothing. The agency have yet to do anything except letting me know that they have difficulty over in Cambodia.
To add to the above grievances; l had since 07 Sep 2010 been FOLLOWING-UP with your their maid consultant who had displayed lackadaisical and irresponsible attitude in handling the case diligently. No calls at all from them on the status of the maid application since then until l and my wife called to FOLLOW-UP. Since then, numerous calls has been made to them and they are too busy to return calls until l have to CALLED UP the agency to look for their immediate superiorof the maid consultant who was also always engaged and left numerous messages to return call to me.
Thereafter, the maid consultant called back and clarified with explanations unacceptable. From here thereof, l totally lost confidence with the agency and no longer trust that the agency could fulfill and deliver what had promised.
On 01 Oct 2010, l tried to call the maid consultant but was in vain and thereafter received a sms from the maid consultant that she was on 2-day medical leaves and her immediate superior will be handling the case and contact me. To my amazement, no call at all on that day but instead received on the next day and was informed that the maid did not pass the medical examination. This adds further to the frustrations on why only after 4 months that l was informed of the status. I doubt that this case has been handling diligently and
l demand an explanation from you on the chronology of events that leads to such a late notice.
On 04 Oct 2010, l called to both the maid consultant and her immdeiate superior late afternoon and were informed engaged again and subsequently left messages twice and NO one even bother to return call. Therefater, l sent a sms to the maid consultant informing her of my patience running thin and out and seek for your Managing Director’s contact nos to resolve this long issue and as usual no response at all. Is this the type of service and quality that your agency practice and offer? Is this how your staffs being trained to drag and hide an issue without knowing how to provide solution?
Untill now, the maid is still no here yet after 7 months (or more) of waiting, waiting, waiting...
Please help as I want a full refund with interest on deposit paid...
