My name is Valeska and I was a former employee at Agincourt Mazda. I was beleive that I was wrongfully dismissed because the General Manager Michael Chong did not like me because I am NOT Chinese. When he started working there he came from Markham Mitsubishi and brought his whole team. Such as Sales managers, F&I and 2 Sales Reps. He never answered any of his calls and always put it to voicemail. The only calls he would answer is Mitsubishi calls or chinese calls. He wanted me to answer every single phone with no exceptions. But sometimes customers will talk alot and maybe miss 1 call out of the 800 I recieve a day. I never recieved any complaints . Managers before this guy came were happy with me . 3 weeks into being there he fired me saying "I'm not fit for the job" He doesn't even know me. He never sat down once with me to see what I do. That day he fired me he had hire a CHINESE GIRL FLUENT IN CANTONESE AND MANDARIAN AND HAS NO EXPERIENCE IN RECEPTION AT ALL! How is she more fit for the role than me? I beleive this man is a racist and sends a bad message to Mazda. Basically he is advertising only Chinese people should drive Mazdas. He should be talked or documented because this is not right at all. When I got hired speaking Chinese was not in the job description. Also his 2 Sales reps he brought over I caught them looking for "Blowjobs" online while they were suppose to be working. How are they fit for their job?
