We had purchased a semi-auto washing machine with agitator. We had a cleaning problem and also the shutters of the tubs are not properly fitted and they remain open, we have to put some weight on the shutters of the tubs. Clothes were put for washing but we got the clothes in a black color and again we have to wash by hand. We complained all these things to your local head office in Chandigarh (Manimajra) (Complaint # F29N034) but no results. after complaining many times the engineer had not visited and see the fault. we are facing lot of trouble due to this. we called many times and informed your service incharge Mr.Talha and Ms. Shatabri regarding all this. The service station person told that they had visited but no one at home even we had given them our numbers, they told lie.

So kindly suggest what we have to do?
