I was looking at my phone bill(which for over a year has been the same amount each month)and noticed it was approximately 10 dollars more than it has ever been.After examining an itemized copy of the bill online(AT&T), I noticed the extra charge for voicemail service .Not only did I not order this service, but I have never even heard of these people before!After googling"agora solutions"I was shocked to find pages of complaints going back as far as 2008.I've trusted AT&T for years, and I did not know that a 3rd party can add on to your phone bill without your consent.Since this scam has been going on for years with so many victims I'm shocked that someone hasn't already done something to stop it.
