This company should be closed by the Better Business Bureau. Obviously I am not the only one that has had a problem with them. They took not 1 but 3 payments out of my account in one month. When I called them (due to the fact I had numerous checks bouncing) Their response was 60 - 90 days before they could solve the problem. However, I am sure with their harrassing phone calls that they will not wait 60 - 90 days for your payment. I finally had to contact my credit union and have them take the money back from them for 2 of the payments. However, this happened in Sept 09 and to date I have not seen the reimbursement for the "service fees' that happened due to their mistake. And yes it does get old talking to people in another country. Also received a "certified letter" that was from an attorneys office about "foreclosure" and when I called they said it was just a mass mailing they did?????? If it was easy to switch mortgage companies we would do so in a minute.
Someone should close these people down. And yes they are rude too on the phone.

RUN FOR THE HILLS
This is the worst company that I have ever had to deal with. The representatives are like robots that simply read everything off a computer and have no idea what is going on--ever!!! The payment processing center is a separate entity than AHMSI3 itself. Therefore any time you write a check it takes forever to process- and nobody at the customer care center knows anything about it because they literally cannot communicate with the payment processing center. I mean does that make sense. How are these two things mutually exclusive??? Overall, you cannot get help or CORRECT answers.
They also paid my homeowners insurance twice and depleted my whole escrow and never contacted me. I then was stuck with a largely increased monthly payment to make up for the lost escrow and when I sent the check to replenish the escrow (handwrote a note, mind you, stating where to apply the money).The payment processing center applied to my principle. And I could not fix the issue with ease because the payment processing center is separate than AHMSI3 itself. I spent so many hours on the phone trying to correct the issue, I had pay overages for cell phone mins. Long story short - I HAVE REFINANCED. This company is manipulative, and deceptive. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM. If your mortgage is sold to them- CHANGE IMMEDIATELY.
