I lost my luggage while traveling from Dhaka to Islamabad. I travelled from Dhaka to Dubai on June 26th by EK 585 and on 27 June from Dubai to Islamabad by EK 612. My luggage (Tag # 908439) was booked from Dhaka to Islamabad. After arrival at Islamabad I didn’t get my luggage. I lodged my complain and filled in PIR. I have been told that my luggage will come on next day (June 28). However, it didn’t came. I received a message to submit baggage inventory form and photocopy of my passport which I did on July 4 (see below, scanned copy through email and original to EK office at Islamabad airport). I am from Bangladesh and came to Islamabad for a official trip.
Today is July 13, it is almost 17 days gone. I have not received any message from your office nor contacted. I called several time since my arrival to your local office but only got the message that your office is still trying to locate it. I have faced severe sufferings as all my belongings were in my lost luggage and I am in a different country. This has cost me a lot. This is unbelievable and completely irresponsible behavior from a world reputed airliner.
Really dont know what to do.
Hope I will get appropriate response to my complain.
