I saw an ad on Television, in February, 09. The ad promised a "trial free offer" of Aikenberry weightloss pills, just needed to pay for the shipping of $3.95,

Within a couple of days I received 2 bottles, one Aikenberry and another one of Power Flush. A small slip of paper was included in the shipment.

Very quickly I understood I was going to be charged $89.31 each month unless I called them and got a Return Authorization number.

I called them right away, couldn't get hold of them for the longest time. Finally, I was being put "on hold" for almost an hour.

The customer service person unwillingly gave me my Return Authorization Number and Cancellation number and told me to include this with the Return Bottles.

I was assured I was not going to be charged on my Visa.

I got charged $89.31 anyways in March. I also received a bottle, which I returned, unopened. Got another bottle within days and got charged for April at $89.93 again.

I contacted Visa and they are putting all my charges in dispute. They got all my Authorization and Cancellation Numbers and they are taking off my charges. Today, I was assured they/Visa will contact the companies/their bank and I do not need to do any further work from my side.

I am returning my last bottle tomorrow with a note.

I also cancelled my Visa and am getting a new Visa within a week. Visa is going to contact these Scamartists.

These companies keep using different addresses and names when they send out these bottles of pills. They are very difficult to get hold of on the phone and they make it extremely confusing for people to know where they can be getting hold of.
