ANOTHER DISSATISFIED AIR CANADA CUSTOMER!!!

I just had 87, 000 points stolen from my account.
I receive 30-40 emails daily sometimes more and another Aeroplan email usually gets lost or filed to read later. Needles to say I didn't read it until it was too late, so they were gone.
Others have had the same problem and I could go on and on to no avail about how unfair it is and so on, adding to my frustration. apparently nothing can be done.
Years ago I resigned myself to the fact that they were not worth much as well the Airline. Customers were NOT their priority.
Most of the complaints I read were from people who were able to collect Loyality Points easily from many Resturants, Service companies etc. Try doing it in the Province of New Brunswick.
Air Canada and its loyalith program seem to think we don't even exist. Service to Moncton the HUB of the Marintimes is about the worst outside of the far north. As far as AC is concerned, WE don't count. Try to get to an international destination from Moncton and return without leaving a day early and taking an extra day on the return leg. Try and book a loyality flight out of Moncton to anywhere but through Toronto or Montreal.
The loyality program offers 8 places to collect points on purchases within 25Km of my house 4 Esso Starions and 4 Home Hardware locations There is NOT a resturant within 400KM, the closest being Halifax where there are 3 along with 10 Home Hardware and 12 Esso stations, Yes, we really count here. Then they have the gall to, STEAL, the points when we don't access our account for a year. Loyality dosn't seem to work both ways here!!

FOR ME THIS IS ONE BUM THAT WILL USE ANOTHER AIRLINE WHENEVER POSSIBLE I ALSO WILL SPREAD THE WORD, ABOUT THEIR THIEVERY WHENEVER I CAN someone may notice, although BLINDNESS seems to be a prerequesit of becoming an Upper manager or Board member of this fab Airline
