DEAR SIR,
THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT I AM A AIRCEL CUSTOMER BEARING THE MOBILE NOM-9854079085.SUDDENLY TODAY MORNING MY OUT GOING FACILITY HAS STOPPED. BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY ALERT FROM AIRCEL AUTHIRITY THAT I HAVE ACCEDED 70% OR 85% OF MY CREDIT LIMIT.WHEN I RANG CUSTOMER CARE AUTHORITY REGARDING THE MATTER THEY WERE UNABLE TO REPLY ANYTHING REGARDING THE SAME.FOR THIS MY OFFICIAL WORK HAMPERED A LOT.THEN I ALSO PAID RS-300(RUPEES THREE HUNDRED ONLY)AGAINST MY NOM.FOR OUR MISCOMMUNICATION AS I MY OFFICIAL WORK HAMPERED SO I WAS SUPPOSE TO LODGE A COMPLAIN IN CONSUMER FORUM.I TOLD THE SAME TO OUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE BUT OUR EXECUTIVE WARNED ME THAT SHE MAY REJECT MY SIM CARD.
THIS IS REALLY A INSULT TO ME AS A CUSTOMER.
SO, PLEASE EXPLAIN THE MATTER WHY MY OUT GOING FACILITY STOPPED WITH OUT ANY NOTICE & HOW OUR EXECUTIVE CAN REJECT MY SIM CARD.
