Hi Seong,
This is to follw up the phone message I left at about 8pm on your cell 6/23/10. Our air conditioning has not worked since Mon. evening. I have called the warranty company and the first a/c service they directed me to call did not service our area (job # 3412007), the second (job #3412516) they directed me to call also did not service our area. We called the warranty company a third time and they said a dispatcher would call with yet anoter a/c service provider, and they have not yet called. Temperatures are in the 90'sand this is intolerable. Tomorrow I will try with the warranty company one more time; if they cannot provide the service they claim to be able, I will call on my own a service that can repair the problem in a timely manner. I expect to pay no more than $100 and that you will pay any balance as we are renting a townhouse that was advertised with air conditioning.
Additionally:
10/13/2009 - A/C was serviced for failure to operate and leakage.
7/16/2009- As reflected per the copy of a receipt you provided us ( because we were not tenants at the time) a/c was leaking and clogged, company recommended coils to be cleaned but recommedation declined and as default drain wascleared. instead.
Since taking occupancy, the air conditioning system has never worked completely. It wlll run for several hours, then shut off for several hours. ...and continue this cycle in spite of control setings or room temperature. We have tolerated this situation through cooler motnths, but now want it permanently repaired. The last technician(10/13/09 job # 31941963) explained that per the warranty he was limited to evaluating the a/c unit only(not heat pump/thermastat) We would like this next service to be complete per the lease and not the warranty.
We look forward to your prompt response and complete resolution to this issue.
