My name is Sergio Molina Lopez and I live in Caracas, Venezuela.
On Jan, 23rd, 2010, I bought an air conditioning split unit, which worked ok only for two (2) months. Once we reported the failure we had to wait for some weeks for the repair guy to show at our place only to inform us that they had to ask for the part that was not working and it may take some days….. The thing is that today, may 24th we are still waiting for Samsung to come up with a solution to our problem either to repair it soon enough or to change it for a new one, which in our case it would be appropriate.
I would like to say that we thought we had bought a great brand... but unfortunately it was not so. Samsung is under the obligation to satisfy us, as clients…and everybody else all over the world. If not, Samsung should be taken out of the market, because of their bad service and lack of commitment.
I sincerely hope that a responsible staff employee from Samsung will contact me and take my case in order to hand me a solution to my problem.
