This is to warn others whom book with Cheapoair that when there is a problem it is very difficult to deal with them. If all went smooth with your flight you won't know this, but if you go to fly home and the airline has never heard of you nor do they have the flight avail that is on your ticket ...this is where the problems begins and this is what happened to our family. We were due to fly home on Dec 23, 2008 and to this date the problem has not been rectified.
When they say they are calling back they do not...even when I gave them various numbers to contact me. They initially replied to two of the emails I sent by asking a few questions and then they stopped responding. I eventually got a letter saying they apologize and to look for a credit on my Visa (too soon to tell if that is actually coming) for what added up to 1/2 of the cost of the actual plane ticket. So they admit they made a mistake but then they negociate how much they owe you? This is not to mention what we had to pay to get back on our own. I called the number on the letter they gave and they said they would call me back within 5/6 hours...that was 2 days ago.
Just a heads up... hopefully this will avoid someone else a having this same experience.
