BAD BEHAVIER AND POOR SERVICE BY THE CREW MEMEBER
Dear Sir,
I traveled to delhi from Dammam by our so called pride national carrier Air India on 6th of July in Business class by AI-0912 there were other family in the same class. After we crossed the Saudi Territory the other family and myself requested for shampaign, the crew apporoached the capt. but capt strictely refused to serve liquer in this sector, later they said they forget the keys at Mumbai.
So many stories, so many arguements but they did not serve any drink to any of the passenger in business class.
Whereas JET AIR HAS STARTED DAILY FLIGHT FROM MUMBAI TO DAMMAM, IF YOU SEE THEIR SERVICES YOU WILL NEVER TRAVEL BY AIR INDIA.
I STILL FEEL AND FIRM BELEIVE THAT CREW MEMEBER WITH CAPT ARE INTENTIONALLY DOING ALL THIS TO SPOIL THE NAME OF NATIONAL CARRIER.

Pls take necessary action to avoid such things in future.

Luggage Claims
Hi, I have travelled from JFK to delhi(AI102) and delhi to chennai(AI540) through airindia. I didnt not receive my luggage in delhi airport and its holded in delhi for past 5 days. i have reached couple of times in chennai airindia office and they provide delhi manager contact details. i am able to hear only ringing sound no response. I have never seen such a great service from airindia. Please advise any solution.

refund not received against cancelation

Bribery
Air India official asked 1000 Rs/- bribery for allowing me to carry excess baggage of 7kg even after I was ready to pay its excess amount at Kozhikkode International Airport on 24-June-2011 between 900 am and 10.30am during my journey to Muscat(Kozhikkode - Muscat Air India Express Flight -IX 337).
the ground handling staff in uniform followed me till the Gate and frightened me that he will not release the baggage if did not give 1000 Rs/- in hand . I have boarding pass with me which proves that they allowed me to carry excess baggage. Where should I complaint for this?

Baggage stuck at customs
I arrived in Delhi on my way to Trivandrum last week. When I got there, two different Air India employees told me that since my baggage was checked through to Trivandrum I did not need to take it through myself in Delhi. This was a different procedure than I was used to in International travel (I am from America) but since two separate people told me this then I believed it to be the proper procedure. However, when I arrive in Trivandrum, my baggage was not there. The Trivandrum airport and myself have been trying to get my baggage for three days now. I have made countless phone calls. The people in Delhi are not answering the phone regularly and when they do they give me conflicting information. They tell me to call different numbers and to authorize my baggage to go through customs at one number and at another number tell me that the best they can do is send it to Chennai and I would have to fly there to pick it up...this, I assume, would be at my own personal cost. My main complaint is that the Delhi people have been entirely unhelpful. Even if they told me that my bags would not be here until next week it would be better than simply not getting any help at all. The people at the Trivandrum airport have tried several times to contact the Delhi offices but have not received any calls or emails back. I just want my bags back and everyone, except the people in Delhi, are being helpful and don't understand why this had become such a difficult situation.

Unprofessional checkin agents in EWR
After enduring a long line of passengers waiting to check in for the Air India flight to AMD, it was finally our turn. The check in agent was Ms. Radhika Patel. She was rude and did not like ineracting with people. There was no greeting, or smile, demanded tickets and passports. Did not want to answer any questions. Did not want to put in meal requests. My wife had a question on baggage, which instead of answering, she beckoned with her hand for us to leave the counter.

While Air India is attempting to revamp it's image and services to lure more business, it's employees, especially those working for the airline outside India. fall short in their roles. We are compelled to think twice before booking another flight on Air India.

no reply for refund even after one month
I had booked a ticket from singapore to del and back with PNR number as Y7W2R, flying on 9th June and returning on 27th june, and i got my ticket cancelled on 6th June 2011, since then i have sent 3 mails for my refund to ecomerce but no one is replying to me, and now that you people have bought 777 to fly with you guys and this kind of service who would want to, the payment was made through my credit card, and am paying interest on it too. I request at least some awake and working in air india to refgund my money.

Loss of items in the Check in Baggage
Loss of items in the check in baggage...around 500 Euro.
Dont go for Air india ...In air india, You can see the world class worst service...


I am really felt very bad about the AIR INDIA .

Lost Checked in Baggage
I had travelled from New York to Bangalore via New Delhi on 20th May 2011 with 2 pieces of Checked in baggage with below flight details:
New York - New Delhi : AI 102
New Delhi - Bangalore : AI 504
Baggage Tag no - AI 182582 & AI 182583
I did not receive any of my baggage at bangalore. Although I logged a complaint with Bangalore airport officials for this, but having heard nothing about it aven after 24 hours have passed, I suspect that I have lost the baggage.
I had valuables worth INR 20, 000 in the baggages.

BAD service
Hi I am yamini patel, My mom went in flight #AI127 Seat #18D, She has many problems in her trip, and when she asked for help she wasn't offered helpfully on top of that she was told off by the air hostess and when she asked for a complaint form, they acted rudely with her and didn't help her out. I really didn't like the service offered, If we are paying so much we shouldn't be treated rudely, I hope whoever read this, understands and takes some action against this. Thank you.
