Ihave purchased 2 tickets on march 2nd and 10th for cochin-dubai and dubai-cochin for july and august.when the fligt got cacelled they refunded me only dhs-2800 on jun-09.isend 3 reminders about it finaly they forwarded the bank statement to the concerned authority on23-10-09 but no reply till now.confirmation nos are KGFNAX, BCVQLT.I paid dhs-2796 and ind.rs-28168 for the ticket.so iam sending the attachements also to you .waiting for your reply
