Dear Sir - I am writing this complaint on behalf of my Brother in Law Dr.P.Ratnavelu .M.D., of Chennai India .
He is using Airtel prepaid card @ Chennai - India and his mobile No. is
0091-9841210260 - He is using the above said mobile for more than 5 years - When Air Tel company issued the sim card his address and other proof have been verified and issued -
When he left to Hongking and New Zealand for short trip he applied for International Prepaid roaming card and after paying the Deposit amount
and after verifying his address proof they have issued prepaid roaming card which he has used it only in Hongkong - after reaching Auckland - NZ he was not able to use the same and when contacted Airtel office at Chennai - India they replied that they have deactivated since the address provided was wrong - I am surprised when the International roaming card given it was activated and how suddenly it got deactivated when the Dr. reached Auckland - Dr was not able to contact his people in India and elsewhere and he underwent such a stress - Now after reaching Chennai - India he contacted Airtel Office and he was informed that the address given by the Dr. is wrong - I wonder such a big company would do such a mistake putting the Dr. a big problem - I wish that the company should give an correct explanation and refund the amount with a apology letter - thanks -Jayaraman Madanagopal on behalf of Dr.P.Ratnavelu of Chennai - India
