I m sorry to write up the mail like this but i am disappointed with the behaviour of your customer care executives and the services of airtel now.
Dear officer/ concerned manager airtel consumer services,
I never requested or opt for the GPRS services but you have charged rs. 499 against the same in my last bill.
I complained for the same and to waive off that charges several time on 121 but in vein...!
I dont want these charges without even my consent...and there is no one to attend customer frustated by the services in your deptt.
However i dont want this connection anymore..
Send somebody to collect whole charges from me and my signature to get this conection disconnect.
