Ridiculous Service

DEAR SIR
This is to bring Your kind attention on the following matter,
As soon as I came in Delhi, I was most attracted by the offers of Air Tel, for a life time pre paid connection, I took the conncetion by submitting the essential proofs of my identity . Enrolled as a customer -- After one month I got a message again to submit the identity poofs, with photo and enrollment form in any of the AirTel offices -- This was in cooncetion to the failure in tele verification .My Incomming and out going services has been cancelled on the same date (31/07/2008) when I received the above said message so that I could not take up with any actions to solve the probelm
On 1st of august 2008, I went to Kamala Nagar Air Tel office and submitted three categories of my identity proofs
1. Copies of the Passport pages
2.Copy of the Electrol identity card
3. Copy of the Driving licence
4.Photo
5.Filled up Enrollment form with seperate Anexure Form for Non Native Delhi residents
I received the Acknowledgement cum Counterfoil customer copy ( 0508452894) from the office with a commitment that my service will be reinstated/reconnceted with in 72 hrs
From that day onwards I was keep on calling in the Air Tel customer service for reinstating my service --- and it was told that Due to a Saturday and Sunday holidays in between -it might take extra time to do the facility for me
I have patiently awaited till the 72hrs to pass out, But even after that also it has not been sorted out . Today 7th of august 2008 I am still facing the same probelm but as a consolation to me, The Incomming calls are allowed ---which in trun generated a dobut in my mind that if they can avail incomming why not outgoing facility ?--- so it is understood that some gross negligence and ignorance in terms of service had occured
With great disppointment and frustration I am writing this complaint.
The AirTel customer service is demanding the same procedure to be followed again with any of the Air Tel office ---but I aniticipate the same consequneces would be going to repeat
Now I am thinking to approach any other conncetion providers other than Air Tel
I view of the above I would humbly request to the concerned authorities to take appropriate actions in this case at the earliest . I hope this will not happen to any more customer of Air Tel

not disconnecting in time and sending notices
Terminated the connection by giving an application, and payed the dues as decided by the dealer at the time of termination. but latter few months claiming that some amount is pending and furthur sending notices to the individual

network problem
hello
we are from urganagar, dist- godda, state- jharkhand, from last 20 days we have facing horrible condation due to use air tel connection. there are network problem, and i relise no one is the intrestet to solve it. pls rective the error as soon as possible.

Sim card Registration failed
Respected Sir ,

I am ponnayan , my airtel sim card is missing for this month (14/02/2008) , Now i bought duplicate airtel simcard for this month (21/02/2008) . now only airtel simcard is not in service ,(SIM CARD REGISTRATION IS FAILED) so please activate my sim.sorry registration failed mobile number is 9994226140.

Change of Plan
My Cell no is 9967500176.

I have chosen Plan 199. For last two/ three months the paln change to 250. I am not made aware of the same. If I have given consent, please show the confirmation in this regards or change the plan to 199. Give the refund

Out going call facility is not activated after verification
I am Reliance Employee & I have taken aaddon card from Ait Tel (Mob. No. 9967050279) for my spouce about 15days back as per their procedure the person from Air Tel have visited to my residance on but fails to meet him & outgoing facility was deactivated. After @ one week second time verification was done from "Air Tel" on 23/10/07 & till date (29/10/07) we are awating for the activation. Many time I have contect help desk of "Air Tel" in Reliance at RCP Ghansoli Navi Mumbai but out going calls not activated Till date.
You are requested to look in to the matter and activate the service till 30/10/07 else card will be returned to "Air Tel" & the monthly charges for this month will not be paid for the current month.

Airtel Servi ces a Fraud. Customer Care is total waste of time
I am an unlucky airtel customer form Gwalior (MP). My mobile ph no. is 0-9893196899. I came to Delhi yesterday (20 Oct 07) and my Airtel connection has been denied access by all network service providers after I left MP. Even Airtel said "NO NETWORK ACCESS". I have waisted my 24 hrs initially to contact the customer care executive of Airtel, as music is ON & ON and you are told all unwanted stories followed by options to press 1,2,3,4,5, or say "Customer Care". When you say Customer care a lady's recorded voice says every time ..."sorry, i couldn't hear, say again"...... I repeated the same as per instructions , but ultimately was disconnected and forgotten after saying, "wait for our customer executive"....... music.......music changed...... music changed ...... and... disconnected. This happened repeatedly for hrs together, causing me to say " HELL WITH AIRTEL which is treating inter-state customer as people from alien's land................ it's AIRTEL or FRAUD COMMUNICATION SYSTEM".. And I feel it seems to be or is going to be, if the Airtel of Delhi considers Airtel customers of MP as untouchable or from an enemy country.
When at all I succeeded in contacting them , I had to explain every bit of my agony to two airtel customer care executives at Delhi ( Ms Prachi, Mr Punkaj), but in vain. After hearing about my dis-connectivity story, despite having about Rs. 800 in balance, got the set answers like.. that mine is MP no and Delhi customer care can not do anything to solve my problem....and ... can not even register my complaint..and.. that I have to tell MP customer care.... When I asked No. of Mr Bharti Mittal (Aitel Boss), they said that they didn't have.
While being fed up with no connectivity on my AIRTEL no. , I had to borrow somebody else's Airtel NO. to ring up customer care of MP & Chatishgarh. I repeated the same agony of mine to MP Airtel customer care (Mr Raj), who told me that my mobile is coming switched off, when it was ON &... ON ...all the 24 hrs .. when I was struggling for Connectivity through my friends at Gwalior (MP) and directly with Airtel.
Same thing happened when I came to Delhi few months back and I told airtel customer care executives, who assured me of action....... Once same problem I faced within MP also, when I went to Bhopal & was disconnected. I told my problem to Airtel customer care executive in MP(Indore), who told me that the problem will be rectified.... But nothing seems to have been done by the Airtel customer care executive of MP at Indore. Mr Guddu of Gwalior ,from whom I purchased my this unluky connection was also told about the problem , who told me that he had told the airtel customer care executive and that the needful will be done. But nothing has been done by the airtel to rectify the problem.
" CUSTOMER IS THE KING", as per top 'B' Schools and most MN Cs.... But as per airtel's apathetic attitude towards customers' problems... the airtel CUSTOMER SEEMS TO BE a BEGGAR, especially after the connection is sold.....he may be given false feeling of being a king when the connection is to be sold.
......because such appear to be the business practices of Airtel.....................It's a total neglect of the customer's grievances.
God save such service providers... who want to become a MNC.... but with business practices like a local roadside vendor... or .. fire and forget (missile)..... or...................Sell and Neglect scheme...
...come what may... cry baby cry... fry baby fry... and airtel will eat you- dry baby dry....

Horribly deficient service
It is very unfortunate that the company that claims to be the best responsive telecom company infact seem to be too deficient in providing services. Instead of solving the problems faced by the customers, they are rude and argue with them. Kindly train your people to be courteous to the customer. It is rather a very unpleasant association with them being their customer.
