I registered my mobile in DND, But after 1 year Still now I receive 2 or 3 calls daily for some services or products. How can I file complains against these calls?

Yesterday I got two calls for Inter Air tickets. when I aksed them that did they checked DND mobile no before calling me, they apologized.
