The site includes a link for email in addition to a phone number. Since they are based on the east coast, I am at work during their business hours and am unable to make personal calls. The first ozone generator I ordered had failed and I contacted them via a detailed email message. Their response regarding the repair was simply that I had to call, no other information. I thought this abrupt but thought that perhaps I had over used the generator and decided to order a replacement from them. After waiting several weeks for the generator to arrive, I emailed Air Zone to cancel the order and again was told that I had to call. This email also included a rude remark implying that I must have already receive the product.
I did call and cancel the order. After explaining the difficulty I had in contacting them I was asked to email a supervisor explaining my position, which I did. I could not believe the response from the Manager. I was called a Moron in the subject line, further insulted and then told to go #%$*@)# myself. All this after a very straight forward complaint that contained no profanity and at worst called their email responses rude.
I would stay well clear of this company because heaven forbid anyone ever have a real problem. Emails available upon request.
