not rectify problem regarding balance deduction on using blackberry services 10 days past
my name is pushkar.my no is 9716502618.i have complain nodal officer regarding my balance deduction on using blackberry services.i had RS 399 package.10 days already passed and no conclusion yet my round 100 RS got deducted.me cant use my services.for which i have already paid.every time i call them they say just mail us we will forward your mail.no one is helping out.my balance getting deducting frequently and cant use my service because balance getting deducted.i came to about it on 13 july.i dont know about earlier.so please rectify this.and take strict action against the aircel mobility service provider.

aircel company is being taken some amount from my aircel account i have complained so many times but they are not accepted anything so please help me and i want them to submit my amounts

WRONG DEDUCTION OF BALANCE
Wrong Balance Deduction
Hello Sir/ Madam,

I am Aniket . My Aircel Mobile No. is 7503253335 On 12 July 2011, i have received a msg From 543219, that "i have been charged for Music connect service, where as i have nor submitted any request for the same but my balance deducted from the main balance I have been charged Rs 10 RS. When I talk to customer care his person told me, Your balance not added. I again request to talk their senior person he rejected for the same.

It is therefore requested that my deducted amount be restored as soon as possible.

Today i called to customer care executive by dialing 198 for a compliant on address proof mismatch for my number and my fathers number.

My number : 9788604849
My Father's number : 9750773703

My number was in the name of Elumalai and my father's number is in the name of Dhakshanamoorthy in your records. But it should be in the name of Shafiullah for my number and Noorbasha for my fathers number. With the mail i recieved from Appellate on friday i was to submit following details to Aircel office @ Coimbatore

Proof of Identity & Address submitted while availing the connection.

My question to your customer care executive was when i had given my proof to get the simcard how can it get changed. I also mentioned i had the bill copy of the purchase of simcard. I had purchased it from Gautham and Gautham Agencies, Villupuram on Dec 20, 2006. From that time i am using this card. I didn't got any call from aircel for any address proof verification. The executive(not fit for that word) who attended my call today at 1:54 pm heared all what i said and just cut my call suddenly. Then i spoke to another executive called Jay(not fit for this job) trying again and asked for the details of person who had answered my previous call for giving you compliant. He said we dont provide that facility. Then i mention the problem i had with MNP. Then said to him i had called for complaining about address proof mismatch. But he was not listening to what i am saying he is mentioning if you want to do MNP these are the following steps..blah blah blah...I got irritated bec he was not listening to what i am saying and harshly said listen to me...he too scolded in local language and cut the call...

So i am writing my compliant to you now. Please take it forward.

I am really worried about who will having the simcard with our address proof. If someone misuses it then problem will be for ours. So kindly check your database by who had got connection on the same date in our name and ask them to update their address proof.

I am ready to give compliant in court because this is a sensitive issue.

I will scan the bill copy of my purchase of simcard and send it to you by monday or tuesday.

Request : Please port out my number soon to airtel i had raised the request on May 13 and got rejected twice. I had raised again. Waiting for your response.

Money deducted
dear sir/madam
Now a days the service of Aircel is going poor and poor day by day.
Today the have subscribe themself the Friends zone in my sim and deducted 30 rs from my account unauthorizly.
so if they will not refund my money on today on words then i will defiantly change my service provider.

so refund my money of 30 rs on my number 9716656218 back as soon as possible.

hello this is jeff and I'm a n aircel customer till today and due to their wrong dealings and poor network i wish to port my number..so i gave a port request to change my no to BSNL...its after 5 days a message from Aircel told that you have given a wrong UPC code ..but when i approached BSNL i found that the details i provide with then are correct..aircel is purposely rejecting my porting request the same thing have been done to my friend also...

Mobile number Portability
I am active Aircel user from 2006. I am using both Prepaid and Postpaid account. In the month of march the bastard Aircel deducted Rs.30 from my balance. When i contacted customer care they replied i had opted for some value added services(Some Music on live), but i didn't. I had registered a complaint on April 1st with complaint number SR1-4183173435. Still i didn't got any response for that. Then i call again in mid of April and asked them to deactivate any services which is in active. One bastard said he will deactivate it. But he didn't, because balance was deducted again on April 29 of Rs.30. I got frustrated and decided to change my provider to Airtel on May 10. I sent message to 1900 for MNP. I recieved reply from 1901 with a unique Porting code. Then started the problem from May 11, 9:25 am i am getting message from Aircel continuously with an different Porting code. Till now i had recieved almost 200 sms with the same data. Why this fucking Aircel doing like this. I had decided to change the network of all my family members. Aircel sucks

Charged for caller tune
Dear Sir/ Madam

This is in regards to my mobile number 08802916556 service provider aircel. They have deducted Rs.30.00 today for caller tune service which I have never requested for. The same was done before as well. I recieved a message saying to stop service please sms which I did but after doing that as well I was charged. But this time they are saying I have called them and requested the same which I have not done. I called there customer service department for complaint and they have transfered it to floor supervisor Mr.Sumit Kumar who then transferred my call to Mr. Mittal Soti the manager, when I explained him everything he said you called for caller tune service and pressed *. I also told him that the same was done before also and I have sent SMS to stop the service but nothing was reimbursed.

I have talked to them for 40min and 58sec for which I was also charged at the rate of 50paise/3min but no solution was being given. They should understand the value of time as I was getting late for my office and instead of getting ready for the office I have spent a lot of time with them which was only a waste of time.

I am looking for refund of Rs.30 for caller tune service and also Rs.15 in order to talk to the customer care executive.

iam doing alst 4 yrs in retailer shop vellore, all the company service its god, but the aircel is no supply, cupons and easy atlest posters are also not supply, csm and another officer work in vellore?? kindly supply the aircel materials not anly my shop supply too, more than 40 shops.
