Deducting money from my account
I am a Aircel prepaid user. I am losing lot of money from my account for the calls I didn't make. When contacted customer care, they say they have no rights to tell the numbers we called. When contacted in the Aircel office they dont have the information immediately. But the fact is they dont have the information. They are NOT ALL fit to establish a cellular network with such a CUSTOMER CARE facility who provides no better information. Useless junk network, i call it. Nothing better happened even after three weeks of complaint. A REAL GREAT MESS THEY (Aircel) ARE.

Unwanted SMS from an unknown person!
For the last One week am receiving unwanted SMS from a unknown person. I have warned lot of times but that person is not obeying to my words and not attaining the calls. Simply sending unwanted SMS. Not only to me. Yesterday, my friend told me that she also receiving unwanted SMS from the same mobile no. We warned & scold that person through SMS. But, he still sending SMS.

No customer service response!
My Wife happened to loose her mob on the 31st of Jan with an Aircel Subscription. Surprisingly none of their so called customer care number works or neither the dealers know as to how she could contact them for blocking the no. Pathetic customer relationship!! This is my last attempt to get a response from their end before i take any further step as i do not want to be held responsible if the no is put to any kind of misuse.
Again they have a feedback column in their website but then u can never post ur complaint there cos IT DOESN'T WORK EITHER!!!

Misbehavior of customer representative!
I had been mis billed for calls i had not made. The customer representative: S.A.Bharath Kumar started threatening me when questions was asked and was at his rudest behavior possible. Hope there is a department concerned who can deal with such ruffians in the name of CSRs.
