Total Disatisfaction of the Service
Hi,
I have applied for a post paid connection on 18th of August and my line was activated on 19th of August. Today by 2.00 P.M my line got disconnected. It’s been almost a week after the number was activated and now suddenly disconnected and when I called up the customer care, I was told that the company was not able to verify my address so it had been disconnected.
I have been getting all my communications without fail and It is not difficult to find my residence.
I don’t understand your system, you have activated the line even without doing any verification and now after a week after me giving all my contacts my new number and you simply disconnect without any intimation.
I am in the field of business development and every call is important to me and this what you have done to me is causing too much of uncomfort to me and my profession. I need a solid reason for the act and I am taking this to human rights a legal proceedings if your response is unsatisfactory. My mobile number which was given to me was 98412 49456. I am going back to use my old Vodafone number.
I think I did a big mistake in believing your executive who convinced and sold me the card.

Mobile tv in mobile tv
In aircel mobile tv is not working. The channel is not clearly seen. My mobile no is 9865788827.

Regarding unauthorized mobile charges
Aircel is taking the double call charges for 60 sec (i.e) 1 min. And also when we give missed calls to BSNL cellphones, the charge has been taken by aircel operator. Very poor service.

Pathetic customer service with customer care officers providing misleading information
I had been battling for over four months with operatives from AirCel to transfer my number from the CUG of a different company to the CUG of the company I am currently working with. Despite innumerable deals with an operative (who seems to have quit his services with the company), and the other operatives, and the patient Customer Care personnel, no concrete steps were taken towards transfer of my number.
From the very beginning, I have been making my intentions clear. The case was open before them. The CUG is under the name of another person, and I was just a part of it. I just want transfer my number from the CUG of a different company to the CUG of the company I am currently working with. I couldn't have made the case any clearer.
For four months, I have been patient. I had submitted numerous documents and mails from my official ID (as they requested), but still you they did not not take any action. It was highly irritating and frustrating for me. The reason I stuck with them was that I did not want to keep changing my number. But customer service offered by Aircel is highly poor.
Finally, I had to terminate this connection and get a different connection of a different service provider.

Poor response
I am using Aicel network on last 3 years, Recently i applied for the Aircel Thrills application But till now i didn't receive the settings from the network. Many times i called customer care and i ask about the settings they just replied your settings will be forwarded with in 24 hrs... Same answer they told me every time... But truly i didn't receive settings information from network provider... This is how the AIRCEL NETWORK cheated more customers...

disconnection
I have taken an aircel connection in india after submitting the passport for proof of address, as i travel around the world, i have given my phone to my parents. Now aircel has disconnected the phone. The prepaid connection has 5 year validity. There is no proper response from the company when i try to get the details form them.

Poor Customer Care
Hi,
I am prepaid customer of Aircel for past 15days; my sim got locked due to what i never new but when i approached customer care of Aircel Puducherry a very gentle lady there who dealt with this never cared to explain me just came up saying that i have to pay Rs.102 and get replaced my sim. And when i asked why she plainly she cannot do anything eles. I agreed for a replacement sim but during verfication she said its in the name of ANDRE i.e.my fathers name and he has to come i told her my fater had passed away since a year and how could my sim be regiseted in my dads name then she had nothing to say she gave me a new sim telling it would get activated only this evening she should have told all this before this is very annoying and service is very poor if aircel is going to have these kind of u would lose good customers.

Terrible service!
I am using Aircel connection for the past 4 years and my number is 9841166501. The Aircel signal, coverage and network are fully waste particularly in chennai. I have registered more than 50 complaints to customer care for the past 1 year they answered same that within 2 months the problem gets solved. Sometime I am getting irritation and I thrown my mobile.
