I DON'T KNOW HOW IT IS POSSIBLE THAT I PRESS "9" AND AFTER THAT " * " WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE WHAT YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE ( BISWANATH ) SAYS TO ME.
I SEEMS THIS IS A STYLE TO CUT MONEY FROM YOUR CUSTOMER ILLEGALLY .
KOLKATA TEAM NOT HELP ABOUT THIS MATTER.THEY WANT TO SAY I AM THE CULPRIT.
I AM GOING TO LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST IT EITHER WISE YOUR GYE'S WILL DO THIS MANY MANY TIMES.
