I had to call lot many times to Bangalore and had to wait for 40-60 mins for 1 call
I bought the frequent flier coupons from Airdeccan which has validity of 1 year (14 coupons in 48000). From last 6 months they had their site (FF section) was under maintenance. I was not able to book the tickets under this program. When I talked to their employees they said I can book it through credit card and later I can ask for the refund. Believing them I did the same. Initially I was told I will get the refund (before booking) in 7 days but after they said it will take 40 days. Now its more than 45 days I have not received the refund. Moreover their refund helpdesk is always busy. Because of this I had to pay the CC bank from my own pocket and more over when these guys (Airdeccan) will refund (Not sure if they will) they will revert in credit card and again that money will be less useful become I have to spend that money anyway. I had to call lot many times to Bangalore and had to wait for 40-60 mins for 1 call.

Fraud and cheating!
I have booked two tickets of Helicop from Jammu to Katra on 14th July, 2007 amounting to Rs 6510. But due to weather condition flight has been canceled and full amount refund is permissible. But still refund is not made.

No compensation for lost baggage
i had lost my baggage on airdeccan and from last six months there has been no response from them. I think they should change the airline name to AIRDACOIT...

There official policy is as follows:
Air Deccan usually ensures that the baggage is traced in 2 days and handed over to the passenger. In the event of loss or damage to the baggage, Air Deccan will compensate the passenger at Rs 450/- per kilo, provided, loss of baggage has been reported to the airline, prior to leaving the airport on the day of the loss and if not traced within 7 days. Air Deccan is not liable for any damage or loss of hand baggage.

Pathetic service from the refund Dept.
I have canceled my tickets in month of April, that too because of your change in PNR Numbers. So i logged request for refund, now its almost 2 months over and i haven't got my money back.
Meantime i have got so many numbers and mail Ids of Eshwar Sing, but nobody is replying to them.
I don't know this complaint form also work-out or this is also for wasting time of customer.

Non delivery of the cell at the Delhi airport

I traveled by flight No. DN786 from Leh to Delhi on 24.5.2007. At the airport after frisking at three points, the last checking point I was asked to deposit cannon camera cell with the assurance that the same will be deposited at Delhi airport after landing. A receipt to this was issued (Receipt No.1453 dated 24.5.2007. on landing at the Delhi airport when I contacted the airdeccan counter, after landing at Delhi the concerned officer kept me waiting for about half hour and there after expressed that the airlines is not responsible for such misplacement of articles. On explaining the reasons, the concerned officer misbehaved very rudely and even refused to acknowledge the issued receipt. The other two employees one claimed to be Mr.Mahesh and another lady employee remained as mute spectators to the incidence and only said that they were newly employed and do not kn ow the procedures. I would like that immediate action should be taken against the officer who was on a wireless set and did not disclose his identity. Also please intimate the action taken so far in relocating the battery collected at the leh airport. I am a very frequently traveler of your airlines and such incidence may have a very shocking impact on the passengers. I telephoned to your AIRLINES CALL CENTRE WHO GAVE ANOTHER TELEPHONE NUMBER OF BANGAL, OR I.E. 080 41148190 AND THE SAME WAS NOT AVAILABLE. Customer cheating
I issued the following ticket for DEL-BOM-DELHI sector traveling on 04 May 2007 and return on 06 May 2007 through MY TRAVEL AGENT. Unfortunately my flight on 06 May 2007 BOM-DELHI cancelled due to operational reason. As per terms and conditions, free scheduling is allowed in this case. I am willing to travel on 7 May 2007 because I want to return from Mumbai. No refund needed for the same (Presently seats are available in aIRDECCAN flight).
I have been in constant touch with customer care of MY TRAVEL agent but they denied my request, and sent me the copy of reply that one of Airdeccan Executive (Executive – Business Development) given them by reflecting that rescheduling is not available, including the company (airdeccan) seal and signature.This is totally diffren from the terms and conditions displayed in www.airdeccan.net.
THIS CLEARLY MENTIONED THAT AIRDECCAN CHEATING TO CUSTOMERS.

Another case of cheating by AirDeccan!
I tried to do the online booking but because of some problem in network no PNR was not generated which was confirmed by local airport office but next time when i called to customer care and it took 1 hr to get the response and the response was that the PNR was generated and said that local office might have some problem in software,This is not all i was assured that the refunds will come within 40 days now it's sixty days and nothing has happened only thing i got is false commitments every time and now it's more shocking and painful because the customer care is saying that the passenger boarded on that day this forgery because the passenger went by jet airways immediately after the confirmation from air deccan's airport office that there is no reservation on this name.
This just to share one more case of cheating by airdeccan, will advice not to travel by this airline again.

Don't trust AirDeccan!
I have booked the Ticket for my travel from Ahmedabad to Chennai. The amount got debited from my account and the ticket got cancelled immediately after booking made. Then i have contacted Customer Care of AirDeccan they have confirmed within 40 days the amount will be refunded and the reason they said due to server problem. I have the complaint no. also. But till now the amount has not been transferred. To contact the AirDeccan Customer Care is not very easy, we have to be on the line min. of 30 to 45 min. Also they never responding properly for all the queries, they will redirect to another person. NO PROPER RESPONSE FROM AIR DECCAN CUSTOMER CARE. Their services also very bad. I am really fed up with AirDeccan. pls "DON'T TRUST AIR DECCAN".

Worst call centre. Stupid web page. Cancelled pune sector completely. Lot of refunds pending for the above cancellation of sector? In last 6 months it spoiled all its image. High time gopi should wake up b4 v go.. go.. I've 11 cases num still pending. Its waste of time in writing also coz nothing will be done

Refund pending after one month
I have booked a ticket from Mumbai - Bangalore and Bangalore - Mumbai for March 9th and 11th. But due to some reasons , i had to cancel the ticket. I am tired of going to Bangalore airport so many times. The reply which i get from this" system problem". Because of this, they are unable to refund the money back. I have never seen such a poor service! Worst Airlines!
