complaint
I have an airtel post paid A/c with you'll. My mobile No. is9867909718. I have never registered to 50505. I have been chargedRs. 15/-for Suneel Shetty event. I am least interested in all this rubbish. How the hell can you'll charge me for this nonsense. There are also many complaints from many Airtel users saying they charge unnecessarily for unwanted things. Please stop this nonsense or I will have to change my service provider. You'll are most disgusting.

Regarding making calls on my mobile.
My Airtel Mobile is No.9892307842. I went to the Airtel Gallery on 5th, 7th & 9th of February & got a Statement of Accounts which shows No.5664464 (only 7 nos.) made from my moblie on 29, 30, 31st of January 2011. All these calls have been made at around 1 a.m. First & foremost how can a telephone be made on 7 digit no. may I know? I have got a Statement of Account showing the same. I fail to understand this. Can you please clarify my doubt. I have not made these calls

I have already given a complain for deactivation of the service, but still i have been charged Rs 20 . for the service activation on every sunday. even i request for service deactive. But no sign of help i am getting through
so i am bound to complain under complain board.

Value Added Service
Hi.
For the past three days i m calling at your pathetic customer harrasing(service)agents for my issue to be resolved.
Complaint-810455401 and 809401530
I have never applied for any joke message pack but it got activated without my consent.i called up the helpline for cancellation of the same and was informed the service would be cancelled within 4 hours and no money will be charged for earlier mesages in my bill.
Till today the service has not been canclled. I spoke to your harrasing agents Savita who disconnected my call when i asked for manager to speak and Other guy, Jaspreet Singh Chahal who was so Adamant when i asked for Manager he kept me on Hold continously for more then 12 mins.On coming back instead of apploging to me for a long hold he replied supervisor is busy will call after 4 hours.When i asked about the name of Supervisor, he said someone will call you and did not tryed again for transfer.
I am not paying you guys for such a Pathetic Service.
If you canot provide active service please tell me thier are more service provider in the market. I would definately try them.
Looking forward for a reply from your end.

pathetic information
lost my airtel sim card. they issued me one in record thime. then they proceed to block outgoing calls on the new sim instead of the old- uptill now they have taken more than 12 hours to release outgoing calls. i am still wiating. must have called customer care some 6 times. they keep saying four hours.
