I ordered the e-cigarette online for $9.87. I paid by Master Card. I received the e cigarette starting package, and thought that was the end it. I had NO idea more packages were coming and were to be billed to my card totaling $232.56.

When the charges arrived on my card, I had no idea who Airiensce was, and disputed the charges. It wasn't until I moved all my utility auto-payments, and was closing the card, when the disputes person told me it was for the e cigarette. I was to contact them by email to cancel, and return any future packages unopened "Return Receipt Requested". The website is gone, and there is no phone number or email contact on my billing statement. The contact link opens the email manager with this address "[email protected]". I can only wait now.

The 3 charges totaled $232.56. I received 2 packages; the 9.87 starter kit, and 1 "refill" kit for an unknown price. The other 2 charges were $146.81 & $69.12 (plus $6.76 foreign transaction fees for all). The second package was unmarked, so I opened it. There was no information or packing slip to return or cancel the product. I was had! I decided to return the next packages, but no other packages have arrived. The last charge was 5/18/10. I guess I will close the card if any other future charges are made.
