This complaint is regarding AIR INDIA airlines customer service.
I believe the AIR INDIA airlines are least bothered about customers.
Even after the ticket cancellation is done, confirmation from the AIR INDIA officials for the refund is done...STILL the REFUND IS NOT PROCESSED.
I had registered a complaint a few weeks ago but still the money is refunded i had a write another complaint again here.
Please see the confirmation from the AIR-INDIA officials for the refund confirmation, but the money is still not credited to the said account.

I think the last step for me to get the refund is send a legal notice to AIR INDIA for a ticket which is canceled almost 3 months back which is ridicules.
I WOULD REQUEST/RECOMMEND ALL THE PEOPLE TO NOT TO CHOSE AIR-INDIA FOR THEIR TRAVEL.
