I made a booking on this website on 28th Sep'09 with my debit card. This resulted in one error page (coz they have a buggy web design). Thinking my booking was not done, i used my credit card to avail their services. I found out later that money was deducted from both my credit and debit cards. I called back immediately and the person assured me that the money would be credited back within 24hrs.
I return from my vacation after 10 days and the money is still not credited back. When i call the call center they put me on hold for time infinitum and finally when they received, they tell me in a very rude way that they can't do anything about it. When i tried to call them again, they simply would not attend the call. What a customer service!!!

I want to alert everyone against the Airlift online services!!! They are the cheats!!
