Booked flight, cancelled, still no flight, no callback, nothing
I want to inform you of American Airlines, and how there services with me was performed, which left me speechless. I had a flight out on February 4, 2011. To repersent my brother, whom has been deployed to Iraq for the fourth time. And this event mean alot to me. I had a numerous of flight changes, with the conformation numbers as well. I set and set, I check the schedule by computer. And notice that I had been booted completed out of the system. And this is not right. No one from the Airlines had the decency to call me nor reschedule me another flight. As watching the news and etc. Seem like to me the Airlines was more focus on the Superbowl, it was more important than our soilders. We have to stop and think if it was not for our soilders, there would not be a Superbowl, nor anything else. I know some one from the airlines owes me an explanation. I may be reached at (972) 896-2101

Poor Customer Service to Veterans
In October 2008 my father and I had planned a trip to California but due to my father hurting his back we were not able to go. I was under the impression that the insurance purchased through Expedia would cover this. But apparently that was wrong. The insurance purchased was only good for one year from the date of purchase. Needless to say due to my job in the military we were not able to go on the trip within 12 months.
I would really appreciate it if you could give us credit for those tickets. My father and mother are planning on traveling in April to California. I am sure you get requests for this type of thing all the time.
I just wanted to ask so we did not lose the money that was spent for the tickets. I have attached the itinerary information as well.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I am just trying to help my parents see the Giant Redwoods in California.
Respectfully,
Archie Harville
