Last November 2010 we availed your promo through Citibank credit card bound to Caticlan for July 12, 2011 for 7 persons. After such, we were able to print the itinerary for the said date stating that the amount, i.e. 693.00, was paid with credit card. We went to the airport on the said date of flight; however, when we are about to check in, the Office-in-Charge upon checkin on the system told us that the transaction we made last November was only a reservation and the payment through the said credit card did not push through but did not receive any notification that the said transaction was declined. This was our first time to encounter such! The itinerary page ONLY appears after a successful transaction with the credit card.How will we then be able to print the itinerary if the credit card was declined???? Is it because we are only availing a promo fare???? This is not only about promo fare that we paid BUT the trouble and expenses that it caused!!! I am demanding an immediate action regarding this matter.

We have doubled the booking under one name of passenger due to the misleading feedback of the airlines online website in airphilexpress.com.. after I had settled my bookings the site returns to home not clearly indicating that my booking has already been confirmed so i decided to make another transaction again and repeat my booking. so unfortunately, my booking confirmation is now doubled with same name passenger, same flight details particularly the flight date, and destination. I was worried I couldnt used the other itinenary in same date, so I am asking to cancel my other transaction confirmation no. BEVAJH...and the other one is GZFLWN. please make solution to my problem i just need to cancel and refund my money from one wrong doubled booking i just need one ticket i dont want my money wasted for nothing sad to say it happened. please help me my contact no. is here in singapore 91184838.
