Everything

First of all, it is unsafe place to stay! Why? Here's why - Josh Hill claimed himself as General Manager at the property also running the front desk. He's unprofessional in everyway! So rude and doesn't have the basic knowledge of how to manage the business and he is uneducated!
Since it's independent so that you can't really make any complaints due to owner is just ignorant and doesn't understand what your tring to state.
That's nothing compare to this though - Joshua Hill (Joshua Thad Hill) is CONVICTED SEX OFFENDER! and what other surpricing things is he goes into guest's room and gets *HIGH* with customers while working!
I don't even know if the owner knows about this or even owner of the property does the same! What kind of business is that?

The Manager enters your hotel room w/a master key

We rented a hotel from them on Valentines Day. The first room key we were issued went to a room that was already occupied. They gave us a second room, but while we were out to dinner, we came back our room was occupied by someone else. They had no more rooms to offer and we were out on the street at 2 am and the only explanation was that "The Manager checked your room and didn't see any suitcases so he rented it to someone else." Unfortunately, I had prepaid for the room with a credit card and I was charged for it anyway. No matter how many complaints I made I was told I had no proof that I had checked out.

This complaint is also against the agency that I went through to get the room as they said they couldn't get the money back and would not give me any credit. I4VEGAS.COM.

In addition, the rooms were dirty, no towels, no toilet paper, no soap and apparently the Manager believes he can go in and out of the rooms as he pleases even after you have rented them. So with that, I need to add no security. Because he could take anything he wants from your luggage with that attitude.

Do yourself and your friends a favor and stay away from this place. IT GOES BY TWO NAMES: AIRPORT INN AND SUITES, AND KNIGHT'S INN.
