Don't buy from them
I bought a gun from this company for my grandson's Christmas. He used it the next day and it broke! When I looked online about this company, I found the many complaints about their return policy and how they always said the problem was using low quality BBs. After paying for the return, which by the way don't use their company it is more expensive than the Post office, it took 6 weeks to hear that they found the problem was because of low quality BBs. What makes be angry is that he ONLY USED THE BBs THAT CAME WITH THE GUN! Don't ever buy from this company, they have made a grandson's Christmas excitement turn into a nightmare.

Worst customer service ever
I had ordered a part from this store, when it came, it was damaged. I called them up to replace it, but they only wanted to deal in email. I then proceeded to send the emails, but they wanted me to pay for shipping back to them. When I received the product, that weighs about 3-5 pounds, it was wrapped in basically paper. You would think they would put this in a box or something. When I opened the packaging, it looked as if someone had tried to fix it, and it was already damaged. I asked them about this, and they said it was the manufacturers fault. They should have never shipped this thing to me in the first place, especially the condition that it was in. I do not trust these people, and will be taking all of my airsoft business elsewhere. I am now currently dealing with paypal to get my money back. They had originally screwed this up and wanted me to pay for their mistake. Bunch of idiots.
