Buyer beware
Let the buyer beware. We ordered a gun which came without the gas bolt it was supposed to have. They told us they would send another gas bolt, no problem. However after using the gun with the spring bolt they e mailed and said we had to send the gun back as they sent the wrong gun. I told them to send me a new gun as this one was a gift for my son and we did not want to wait for another one. I was shocked when they wanted to charge my credit card for a second one then credit my card if the one I send back meets their inspection, (it was used for two days from their mistake) That was two weeks ago and we are going on week three. Now I just want my money back and get this over with but they will not tell me one way another if they will do that. Larry has told me yes then two days later I get e mail that says no??? Me and my wife have I would guess 6-8 hours in e mail, calls driving to UPS and we still don't know what they will do. The last we heard two days ago a supervisor named Josh was supposed to call the next day which never happened.

Worst customer service and return policy
My son wanted to give this company another try last year we ordered and the gun was poor quality and didn't work as promised. The return process was a night mare and now we are dealing with the same mess all over again. Please carefully read the companies return policy and process it is the worst I have ever experienced! Please buy else where, you will be glad you did!

sells defective merchandise
They ship you defective merchandise then offer you 85% of your money back or an exchange. If you opt for the exchange they send you more defective merchandise then they quote their policy that you can only get your money back minus the 15%the first time they ship you junk not the second. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Do research on the web and you will see how many many unsatisfied customers they are creating.

Gun arrived broken, they did not refund shipping
My son had received Christmas money and decided to buy a gun from Airsoft, plus $15 shipping. Gun arrived broken, they did not refund shipping, in addition to having to pay another $15 to ship it back. Round and round, I am out a total of $30, no gun and no consideration. Apparantely they sell on ebay, had I known this they would have had to refund the shipping for their faulty product, as I'm a seller as well. It's bad business altogether. Their solution is to offer "complimentary bb's". Just would like my $30. Worst ever to deal with; good luck staying in business.

Never order anything from them
Airsplat .com is an internet company that sells airsoft toy guns. Do not order from Airsplat. Terrible customer service. There was no order confirmation. I was not informed when an item was out of stock. They refused to stand by their promise of 110% price guarantee. They sold the same product $40 cheaper on Amazon.com. When I tried to resolve the problems by phone, they kept putting me on hold. There is nothing good I can about my transaction with this company.

Con artists
I ordered a gun for my son for Christmas. I wish that I would have researched the bad reviews about Airsplat before I had ordered! I paid for 2-3 day shipping and never received the gun. I found out later that they had shipped it to the wrong address. You can never reach them on their phone number listed, you can only contact them by e-mail. And good-luck getting a response! I never did get the gun and they refuse to refund the shipping costs! NEVER ORDER FROM AIRSPLAT!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. If you have any problems relating to faulty merchandise they try to wear you down with the run-around until you give up. I received a malfunctioning gun, right out of the box 3 months ago and it still has not been resolved. They spend days getting back to you, and then spoon feed you questions, which have already been answered, one at a time to apparently drag the process on.
My gun continues to fire in auto even after he trigger is released and returns to he normal position. I ask for a replacement, weeks go by with no response. Finely they reply whats the problem! 4 days later they say you must not be operating it properly. I ask them to call me, no response. 5 days later they agree to receive the gun.
Six or so weeks go by and the gun returns. Same gun, same issue right out of the now damaged box, and no letter or comments. More time goes by, they respond that its operator error. I say I have many airsoft guns, I have disassembled them and made repairs in my machine shop and know what I am doing. They say our tech didn't find anything wrong. I ask for a refund.
More time goes by, they say no because I originally asked for an exchange. So I again say, then exchange it. More days go by and they say no exchange because our tech didn't find anything wrong with it!
So it is 3 months and no resolve. I will never do business with them again. I do a lot of commerce on-line and this is the worst I have found for support. This is why I am filing this report, contacting my credit card company, the BBB, sending a letter to the owner, and spreading the word to stay away.
Funny thing is they have lost a dozen orders in my area because of the way they are handling this issue, far more of a loss then just replacing the gun from the start. And companies wonder why they go under after apparently starting off so good- go figure.

No customer service at all
I ordered a gun from airsplat on May 29, it arrived on June 6, 4 days later I gave it as a gift to my son, it broke 2 days after that. Their product stinks and they are worse than their product.
They know no customer service. Beware of this company. Their technical department is full of wise *** and unsympathetic support people.
If you call them you will sit on hold for hours, I am not joking, as I write this I have been on hold for 45 minutes. If you email them they actually send you a return email within minutes that states that they will get back to you within 72 hours, that's 3 days, have you ever heard of such terrible service?
Avoid this company, there are other more reputable companies out there.
