At the time of taking the airtal broadband connection in Jan, 2011, I didn't opt for Airtel PC Secure. Initially three months there was no problem with my billing but from the fourth month onwards when I received the Bill the PC Secure charges were added in my Bill. I requested a number of times to Airtel Customer Care regarding waive off and adjust in the next bill.
Every time I was assured by Customer Care to pay this bill and PC Secure charges for the period mentioned above will be adjusted in the next bill but all in vain.
Now I stop paying my bill and asked them disconnect my airtal broadband but again all in vain
