When taking the connection of airtel I submitted all the required documents....However the company has all of a sudden wake up to the TRAI orders for resubmitting the docs and harassing the customers.
I was ensured by the customer care executives / team leader that representative will contact me to pick the documents from home/office but i did not receive any such call. However i received SMS from airtel stating the same.
I am ready to give the required documents all over again but I dont have time to go and submit them as i do not have any of their outlets near by my residence and very much working day n night.
Further, being an old customer I can expect the company to make arrangements and get the documents collected.
Very poor customer service!
