GOD knows how and why an ISD scheme was activated. When contacted I was told that it would be deactivated within 48 hrs.After48 hrs of no response i called up again to know that it would be deactivated within 24 hrs and now after 24 hrs still as usual 'no response'.The call rates have changed and having a great problem
