I got an airtel prepaid connection almost a week ago in Jammu (J&K Cirlce) -- +91 9906328684. I submitted all the documents to your retailer (passport copy + telephone bill). As a part of the process, the address verification was done next day, and I was told that the no. would be activated that evening only.
Now, its been more than 5 days, and I'm yet to get the services. I even visited one of the airtel centres here (located at kachi chawni, jammu) yesterday morning and aprised them of the problem. There I was given an assurance that the no. will be activated by yesterday. But still the problem persists.
I'm now sick and tired of your non-professional services. If this is the service I get at the start of getting a line, what would I have in store for me later on. I managed to contact people from your sales dept., namely Mr. Deepak Gupta (9906030439) and Mr. Vicky (9906210602), but all in vain. Even people in the customer care told me to complain wherever I can.
