I have been using an airtel connection for the past 4 yrs. I just got a new airtel prepaid no. and believe me, the kind of harassment i have suffered at their hands is unbelievable... firstly they try to act like they r doing us a huge favor by giving us a connection and providing us with the necessary information of the documentation of that no... i have submitted my documents 3 times and my no. has been barred 2 times already. The funniest part in all this is that the documents i have submitted are the same every time and every time they vouch that the documents are accurate and there is not going to be any problem. Lets hope this time it works out fine!!!
I tried to call up the airtel head office here in pune and the guy from the airtel office has the audacity to tell me that if i m facing so many problems coz of this no. Then i should change it to some other connection. I don't understand what they believe... are the customers supposed to serve airtel or is airtel supposed to serve its customers???
