Dear Sir,
This is in reference to the Airtel Internet connection I had applied on May-2009 for my residence through the Customer Care(Airtel). I had selected Rs 899/= rental plan for Internet connection and paid Rs 500 to agent. While after 15 days due to some personnel problem, i made a request to customer care to cancel my connection and customer care executive promised me that it will be disconnected in 48 hrs and i will not be charged.
While my connection is continued by another plan without my information and i am getting charged for it.I call customer care several times and i told to disconnect my connection, they pledge every time but didn't disconnect my connection.Even, i told customer care to return of modem, telephone and wire.They have given me wrong address in sector 12, Noida.When i gone there, sector 12, noida subsidiary deny to accept it.I asked customer care again 5-6 times to send someone at my home .So, i can return modem, telephone and wire.They pledge me every time that there agent will come.But No, One came.
For the tracking of my case.Please refer my landline no. which i got with broadband services(01204230347).
Note : Customer care pledge me many times that i will not be charged after my first request of disconnection of broadband services.but they are continuously sending me bills and regular calls.
I hope you do the needful steps for me as quick as possible.
