I send following 2 DD dated 10/6/2006 in favor of TLC Marketing plc by courier on10/06/06 to Wunderman India Pvt Ltd, Ist Floor, 28, Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase III, New Delhi 20 as directed in the Airtel Free Flight Offer Booking Request Form.

# DD no. 249691 for Rs 442 drawn on J & K Bank Ltd as Airport Tax for myself
# DD no. 249692 for Rs 5942 drawn on J & K Bank Ltd as airfare and tax for my companion.

On several personal visits to your Head office in September ‘06 I was told that your office did not receive any such request form and DD. Then an undated letter along with above mentioned DD reached our address asking us to re submit the DD in favor of Info Vision Solution, New Delhi with enhanced amount.

I promptly send the following DD to the mentioned address. This time I send DD for myself and not for my companion as he no longer wanted to participate.

# DD no. 254082 for Rs 1800 drawn on United Bank of India as Airport Tax for myself.

I was assured by your office that within a fortnight you will get the new dates and choice of the new destinations as the previous form was cancelled.

More than six months have been passed but there is no information from your side. This sort of behavior from such a large company is disgusting and shameful. You are not keeping the agreement entered with us.
