debited rs 150 from my prepaid connection

i had a prepaid connection of airtel service provider
i was using ner and a massage on screen appeared thanks for sescribing for uk t v and Rs 150 is debited from ur a/c . Why is 150 Rs debited without asking whether i wann this facility or not
this is not fair, credit the same or i will have to change service provider

Mobile phone problem!

My mobile phone number is 9831731961 (AIRTEL) (Kolkata,IndiaPREPAID). I am not getting incoming calls from some numbers eg 033 -24819863 and 044-25737349. (The callers are getting a message that my set is switched off) I have been complaining for the last 10 days on a daily basis but the problem is not resolved yet. It appears that they have not yet identified the cause of the problem.
