I am writing this complaint to put the disgusting services of AIR TEL on record.
On 30.0.2007 I have taken a new SIM No.8991100703113458012(Mobile No.9818256966) from your authorizes outlet call Excel, New Friends Colony (For God's Sake pl. o not say it is not your authorized outlet) and accordingly submitted the ID proof.
On 30.05.07 it was activated and in the evening it was disconnected then I have spoken to your customer care (As you say it) and the same was activated till 31.05.07 and to my utter surprise it was permanently disconnected on 01.06.2007, without any information to me. After running to pilar to post I have spoken to dealer from where I purchased have the above SIM (Ms. Deepa rep. of dealer) told me that she is not aware why it has been disconnected and it will take 4 days to restore the services.
I am totally amused by the answers given by your Customer care officers and the dealer's representatives they are not aware why it has been disconnected.
After making numerous calls to your customer care I have not been able to get any satisfactory answer from them. Till date the services have not been restored.
Kindly advise where I should go what I should do and let me know whether are you going to compensate me for the torch and mental stress I am going through from last 7 days, who is responsible for this chaos.
