False Deductions
I have been charged Rs. Twice Rs. 99 within 24 hrs. for the contents I have never downloded. As the Customercare told me that I downloaded some game but actually No game has been downloaded by me or anyone else by my cell. My second compliant has also not been entertained by them.
Kindly tell what should I do now .

without reason number block
Dear Sir,
i am vijay kumar from Himachal pardesh using Airtel Number 9805345822 last six and seven months. but yesterday my number suddenly outgoing and incoming is blocked .i have also call to customer care. customer care told me that this no is issue another person .i am shocked about that person wording.i am using this no. i have send this no to all relative friends and business purpose also. so plz continue my no as soon as possible.

Against caller tune
I phase a problem against airtel pco. I run a airtel pco. Now a days caller tune is activated on 90% mobile phone when customer connect a call from pco to any mobile phone the first response from other side is that press* (star) to copy this caller tune. The innocent customer immigrate press * (star). Due to this action a caller tune is activate on that pco number. The company deduct monthly charge nearly 30/-rs from pco owner balance due to prepaid pco connection. The unsubscribed of this caller tune from pco is not possible due to technical reason.Any how we unsubscribe the caller tune the next day other customer press* the company again charge 30/-rs. How can we avoid this type of problem please take necessary action. My contact no. 09466787294.

Worst customer service!
This is worst experience i have to face because of Airtel. I was happy prepaid customer till i got a call from Airtel customer service care requesting to switch to post paid connection. I was informed that within 72 hrs i would be getting my line activated On 25 January i filled up the forms and cleared all the formalities from my end, on 5 Feb the system are showing the line is activated but their was only one message on my screen " sim card registration failed still in same condition till today. The time you walk the gallery, they are clueless, dumb, moron seating and giggling with their pals, they don't know to whom they report, who are their heads, seniors feel like without attending induction they are just made to work. On telephonic, another piece of shit sorry to use so harsh words but they haven't loss any scope to ruin my career as i was not easily accessible and request please don't use airtel ever.

Disconnection of connection 9876791273
Request for disconnecting my post paid mobile number 9876791273 was submitted in Sector 37 branch on 1st December, 2007. I was promised for doing the needful within 2-3 days. I am still awaiting confirmation of disconnection of my number on the alternate mobile number 9417470227. hoping for an early action.

NO INCOMING/OUTGOING
i am not able to recive any call as well as making call from 17-11-07. today is 24-11-07. i recharged my phone(9939372780) by easy recharge and recived the message of sucessfully recharged. again i recharged on 20-11-07. it is showing available balance but from 17-11-07 to till date i'm facing the same problem.
my connection is pre-paid.
It has already been complaint to Ranchi Office from where this phone is activated but no action has taken.
i belive you will solve this by tomorrow its urgent.

Poor and pathetic customer service!
I have taken the Post Paid connection from Airtel Bharti in gurgaon. I have taken this connection on 31st of Dec. After submit the document. My phone got disconnect on 2nd week of Jan due to incorrect address proof.
I have submitted new address proof at the same. However Airtel person has visited my place and verified the address.
After few days they have stop all outgoing as well as Bar my SIM card. Last week of Jan , I have called their customer service executive and again they said the wrong address proof. I have asked them to collect the paper , they confirm the same . But they have not collected the paper. I have submit again the paper to the Airtel. Last week, I have submit the paper . Still have not got any resolution.
This is the way , Bharti is treating to their customer. In the media Bharti is know as number 1 company but they customer support and backend is horrible.

Pin does not work!
I purchased pin from this company but this does not work. I called them so many times they keep telling me it will work but it does not. Its almost 1 month its not working,they don't reply to your email or phone and till now they have not credited my account. They charged me 25.00 dollars. Suggest do not use AirTel Bharti.

Negligence
My prepaid connection has been declared unregistered, in spite of submitting all the required documents on time!!! I wasn't even informed about the verification failure, in there was any.
This is just not expected from a company like Bharti Airtel.
It's a shame that you don't even have the right kind of customer care executives who can handle your queries! PATHETIC is the word.
