Airtel Blackberry mail problem
Dear Tea,
We are using a Blackberry 8900.
Every 10-15 days Mail got problems and everytime we need to call several times to Customer Care and
delete service book. Reconfiguring the a/c. All the process takes 2-3 days.. This leads to business loss.
I need a route cause of the problem and permanent solution. Currently we are facing the similar problem and we do not wanted to delete anything and the BB service needs to be restored asap.

Airtel Blackberry Service not Activating
I recently activated the Blackberry service with Airtel.
Its been 3 days but they have still not been able to activate it - after trying to register my phone with them, they said they were not able to register it and will raise a service request on it.
When I called them the following day, they said they will reprovision the number and then I need to register again.
The following day, I tried to register with them again - again I have the same problem.
Now I am told that another service request is being raised and I will know in 24 hours what the problem really is...
I am wondering - after paying a hefty sum every month, is this what they do for a corporate customer ?
