internet new connection
This side your customer rav tools & components company.sir or madam we submitted our compliant new internet connection in 24b/13 industrial area and internet line transfer in 26d/1, industrial area on dtd 30.06.2011but up to till date there is take no any action about this matter.what the hell is going on.when we consult your person the Sr.of airtel Mr. Shahnvas they never pick up our phone any time and mr. ranjeet bali they pick up phone and told that we callback you after 10 mint ya 15 mint evevry time but they do no any callback.and mr. dharmender the exicutive of airtel saying they also not pick up our ph and when we call him another phone thay talk us in rubbish manner.Mr. Bali and Mr. dharmender talk in rubbish manner.So take action on this matter and this three persons.Reply me within the 5 minuts on mail id ravtools2004@gmail, com

ON 21.04.2011 I HAVE SENT E-MAIL TO M/S Bharti Airtel Customer care centre that I am not in need of Land line No 45137696 and Broad band connection. But till date they have not disconnected the line and for which I am not liable to pay any charges any more as I have informed them my intension...

Billing Late Fee Charges
I, Pankaj Srivastava, the user of Airtel Broadband fixed line No. 0522-4068995 wants to submit complaint for the late fee Charges Rs. 75/-.
Whereas, I, always pay my bill through cash before time, but these charges added all the time in my bill. I submit the payment on ASCENT ENTERPRISES, 2/54, Shivani Plaza, Vijay Khand-2, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Authorized Dealer of AIRTEL, every month. I Complaint many times on customer care but no one take action on this matter.
Last time the payment deposited on 05/02/2011 on the above mentioned Dealer.
Now I received a mail of airtel broadband bill in which Rs. 75/- (The late payment fee charges) added. what is the reason behind it.
Kindly Look into the matter as earliest.

not received my amount
hi, my airtel broad band connection is in the name of mr.p.k. srinivasan my contact no is 9535038272 ...i did'nt receive my out standing balance of rupees 1000 from airtel delars. i have given complain many times regarding this.no use no response...my application no is TBLR: 163226 and my 2nd application no is TBLR:166910 Please do nesscariy steps for this...
and i have taken 599 plan on 27/09/2010 still now i d'nt receive my gift of this plan...please see to it and do favore for me..

FOR NEW CONNECTION
Hello sir,

I am saurabh mishra from bangalore I needed a broadband connection so I approached one of your agent.(Mr. Gopi mbo.998057740) on 28/10/2010 after taking Rs. 500/- and my sign on a plan document he said my new will be connected on 31st/10/2010 but when I called him after that he is saying not to contact him and call another agent and gave me his number and that guy when I called said me to call directly to customer care number and not to him. After that I called to customer care also but they are also not responding to me saying you should have application number I asked him to query my application No. by using my name and my mobile number but he also refused. Now whom shall I go to no one is responding to me. Please look into the matter.

misguiding us
i have broad band of airtel vide tel no 42508135 . i request lot of time to cancil this number and broad band because i have not in the need of the old plan . Lot of telephone call come from airtel broad band customer care. They suggest me a plan of RS 250 in airtel broadband in which they gave me the facility of 25 Hrs unlimited broadband surffing & RS 50 telephone call. I that plan i am aggree to continue. And they also said to settle my bill upto date in Rs 1000.
Lot of person talk to me and every time they suggest me different plan. Mr Deepak Garg & Mr Raj Malothra Manager Airtel Broadband talk to me and agree with this plan and ask me to give Rs 1000 to their executive who has come to my home . I agree with him and gave him Rs 1000. But now no response has been come from him. And now my telephone & my broad band is discontinued. So i request to cancil my telephone no & broad band or to take necessary action

I have taken airtel broadband plan(unlimited download) wroth Rs.750/- which should provide a speed of 256 kbps but now speed is 3- 4 kbps . kindley solve this problem as soon as possible.

Worst Service from Airtel Broadband Customer care
Hi,

My name is Vishwanath and i am from Bangalore.

Sub: No Proper response from Airtel Broad Band Customer care.

I had applied for Airtel broad band connection on 28/12/09 ref # TBLR
0066115 in my dad's name i.e Subramanya Hegde.Amount paid: Rs 3995/-.
Direct sales from Airtel have taken 20 day s to attend my request after 20 days
they have called up my dad's number, at that time it was not reachable and
they themselves have raised a request for cancellation.

After the cancellation request has been accepted one person from Direct
sales comes to me and promises for the connection in 1 day and asked me to
resubmit the document, I have replied that I cannot resubmit the document, later
I decided not go for airtel connection and let the refund comes back to me.
One week later i have received a courier from Airtel, One letter attached
with one cheque. The cheque should have been in my dad's name that is
Subramanya hegde, but the cheque is in the name of Ranjitha BC and the
cheque # is 151332 for Rs 500/-. The cheque # mentioned in the letter is
151333.

I have raised a complaint with Airtel customer care # 29160034. It has been
15 days over i have not got the right check back.Nobody is responding me properly.

faced such kind of problem. Please give me a solution before i could take
any further action.
