I have taken a broadband connection of Airtel-India. Inspite of the payment of my bill my services have been barred and there is no support from the customer care. They behave very rudely and keep forwarding the phone from one person to other. Everytime I call they tell me that the service will be activated in one hr. more than 24hrs have past but still they keep giving the same response. From last 24hrs I've spoken to Mamata, Simi, Chadrashekhar, Charanjeet, Sreeram& Vaibhav but all they do is fwd the call from one person to other and give me diff complaints no. I requested to put me through the Team Leader but they refused and kept me on hold for 20 mins without anybody answering my call.
There should be a very strict action taken against all these guys and sew them.
