We are having lot of queries on our above mentioned account number bill.

We received this month Internet Bill (bill no : 874256093) in that we got DSL download Details, we found that 4 times billing has been happened on each day. Could you please give me explanation on this.

Also please give us our plan details. This is the first month we are receiving this kind of high value bill (Rs. 84000) our average usage of Internet is not more than 6000 pm. But suddenly this month we got Rs. 84000.

We tried to talk with your customer care, but cant able to get in touch with your customer care executive. We are looking forward to your kind response at the earliest.

Also give us the plan details available for unlimited internet usage.
