Broadband connection not done even after 3 months
I requested for a connection one month back and still the file is on someone’s table untouched. I requested for a shift of line in the month of May. I didn’t hear from the AIRTEL for one and a half months. Due to which I dropped the plan. In June again due to the urgency I requested them for the reactivation on a high priority. And till date I didn’t get the connection or any response from AIRTEL. I am not at all happy with the service you provide. Every time I call the customer care they say it will be done today and the today never came till now. I think I made a mistake by choosing AIRTEL and will not refer your service to any known contacts.

Cancellation of broadband
Unable to get the concerned officer connected at call center no. 121 for getting the cancellation of broadband and getting tariff plan for simple land line connection, by retaining the same Airtel No. 011-42747477.

centrex facility of indore is unavailable
sir,
i have already sent 2 complains to u about bad services & bad behaviour with customers.
i have started cyber cafe in mhow & i also do hardwareing . i have applied for centrex no. on trishakti tele comunication, mhow. but they r not giving us satisfied ans. and services. v face lots of difficulties regarde it . i have called to bhopal also but no response from there .
i need a centrax no. immidiatly for mhow to indore.

plz give me statisfied services of airtel broadband

I hate airtel
Airtel - the worst company ever! I had an airtel broadband landline no. 1stly from teh day of getting connection till disconnecting it, i didn't get any bill. When i got the bill after requesting several times, it was for Rs. 3579. I was shocked because i never used the phone for calling and the bill was for internet usage. I never used it that much. After that after 2 months og regular calling and complaints, one executive from airtel, Aditya Malhotra called and asked for Rs. 2000 as full and final settlement, after waiver of Rs. 1589. To avoid the problems, i gave him the money and he never turned up. he gave me no NOC which i was supposed to receive the next day. And now, again the airtel people are calling me for the rest of the amount. I suggest everybody, never to take any airtel connection. You will screw up ur life.

broadband service
I have made request for broad band. but nobody contacted. after acomplaint from the office of Dr Chadha, Mr Jha contacted him and give the broad band connection. the same person i have called for new broad band connection at Rohini sector 2 area, but nobody turned about till date. every co knowls that nowa days your marketing is going on . so school are forcing the student to use internet. but we people are not gettinjg the connection, what is the problem. ? i donot know.
Unnecessary time everybody is calling and asking about broadband connection. but when we call nobody turns up.
I hope the concerned will look after this and get the broadband connection in my house

Regarding company's policy
I have never seen such a procedure where for an existing customer, the customer needs to move at company's office to avail the internet user id and password. It should register by itself. This is because to make their customers to regret on their decisions.

modem and connction charges
I had applied for the airtel broadband connection with havig my own modem and hence the charges were to be reduced from Rs 850 to 350. I had paid rs 350 at the time of connection.
When the engenier came for the internet connection I was not at my place. The engenieer without asking my younger brother installed the connection with new modem.
When i came back i removed the modem but the company had charged for it in the Bill. Even after complaining the customer care executives are not ready to accept the fault on the part of the engenieer or the concerned person.
They are treating the matter as a fault on my part without even asking the engenieer to at least give the clarrification...
This has really created a bad impression of the company...its like one cant trust the company.
This also shows that what ever is being told befor the connection is installed the company does not cares about it and does what ever it likes...To all the airtel broasband users BEWARE the company is now on the way to cheat its customers...and not keeping the words what is being said to the customers...

Notice sent by airtel for no mistake of mine
I was a customer with Airtel from oct 2006 to jan 2007. Initially i had 699 unlimited plan with airtel In the month of November 2007 i wanted to shift to a limited connection...I called airtel mutiple times to know about the speed 250 plan...Initially they stated that the offer is closed later they stated that they can provide that as an exception to me... the information given to me were:
1. 25 hrs free browsing.
2. 50 calls free from the landline.
later i get a Bill in jan stating that my bill amount is 10356/- when i called airtel on the same they stated that this was due to the modem being turned on...how ever when i called multiple times no one informed me that the modem should be switched off hence informed them that i am not ready to pay a huge amount without my mistake...and now in the month of may i get a notice from them stating that i need to pay the amount...
this made me irritated...AIRTEL SUCKS.
Any suggestions that people can give.

Telephone not working
My telephone (No. 4021131) is not working for the past 3 days. No dial tone is heard. I could neither make nor receive any calls. Kindly arrange to rectify the problem.
