Illegally debiting money without using services
I would like to bring your notice that I have been receiving DSL Broadband Usage Charges which was never used by me. Every month usage charge is added in my Landline Bill which was never used by me. Every month I call Airtel Helpline and they put reversal amount (60-70 %) and rest I have to pay (Sad thing is I never Used DSL) . They are not bothered why this amount is coming in my bill which was never used by me. There seems to be some configuration issue which is never addressed till now since last 3 months.
Since Last three months I have asked Airtel Broadband to disconnect my DSL account on Landline and convert this into Talk 499 Plan which was earlier used by me. However despite their mails (attached with this mail) no action has been taken so far. Instead I have been receiving DSL (Internet) Usage Charge every month for which was never used by me.

Worst broadband in the world!
Never ever use AIRTEL BROADBAND. I have used airtel broadband for 1 month and faced tons of issues wrt their bill. I had 444MB plan in which I i can have 444mb download. But whenever I used SKYPE for voice chat they have charged me extra for that...which turned out my 1st month bill to be 1800 INR (expected was 550 INR). where as the 444mb limit is yet to be reached...they never mentioned anything about this even i discussed about the voice chat with their customer care..
AIRTEL U SUCKS... u better stay with ur GSM... dont expand as ur services are just harassing people...

No money refund!
I am staying in BTM. I & my friend has applied for broadband connection. Prasand was the guy,who came from airtel office. He told,he will arrange the connection within 3 working days. After one week, he said there is some problem in connection. It will take some time. I said him, to return back my Rs500. Till now he has not given the money. Airtel is a cheater!

Fraudulent bill!
I have received a bill (invoice no.430473840) for the period 21/08/06 to 20/09/06 for Rs.807.64 towards broadband connection and multiple telephone facility. Surprisingly none of the facilities exist at my place nor there is any connectivity of airtel broadband service in the area. What is more shocking is that the shows 88 telephone calls made for non-existent facility. It is obvious that airtel must be deceiving actual consumers by deflating their bills in a fraudulent manner. Is there any regulator which could at random look into complaints of actual users and the relief, if any, offered by airtel. Airtel has not so far given any explanation to me for their fraudulent act though I received calls for payment and insisting that broadband connection exists at my place. I do not know how should I proceed and approach appropriate authority to deal with such matters effectively so that exemplary penalties are imposed on such operators.
