I had raised a complaint on 4th June 2011 about my broadband connection not working and I was provided a turn-around time of 5hrs . After 12hours of no response, no acknowledge about the complaint . I called back again to speak to a supervisor, they just said "your complaint is open and of high priority". Everyday i call them about two or three times and i get the same response, still i am suffering . When i tell the customer care to connect me to manager, they transfer my call from Bangalore area to Kerala, and then call is dropped... I don't know what to do, can any one help out..
Now i feel disgraced by calling them...
